Valued between $5,000,000AND $50,000,000
C to B product/ tenant profile in C+ to B submarkets.
Separately metered utilities and pitched roofs a plus
Stabilized, Moderate to Heavy value ADD or distressed
Asset should sustain Professional Property Management
Hold period 2-10 YEARS {varies on opportunity}
Minimum Yield:
Annual Cash on Cash 7%+
